A 144.44 Acre Hancock County Farm SOLD at auction on November 21, 2017 for $9,200 per acre.
The farm was an 80 CSR2 farm with a house on the farm. The house was not in good shape and likely added little to the sale price. Neighboring land owners bought the farm.
This sale demonstrated the strengthening of the farmland market in north central Iowa.
